About Avaza

A concierge is someone who manages daily tasks. At Avaza, our concierges act as lifestyle managers or personal liaisons for parents to interact with technology, get things done faster, and live a freer, more fulfilling life.

Currently, Avaza’s services are only available in Bangalore. We are working on expanding our services so do check back with us.

Avaza is primarily a lifestyle focused concierge service for senior citizens that helps them take care of their everyday needs. AVAZA is not focused on medical and healthcare services, but can assist with the same.

At Avaza, the primary focus is to make our members independent in a dignified and convenient way. For some, this means having a companion when executing their own tasks. For others, it means organizing appointments for house repair, personal grooming, and pet care. Whatever the reason, our focus is to foster an empowered lifestyle. We do not offer specialized medical, caregiving or healthcare services.

Avaza’s vision is to be a platform that empowers seniors to live an independent and fulfilling life. Beyond home and daily care, we are working towards building a strong and purposeful community that will be an avenue for seniors to travel, explore and even contribute meaningfully to local and social causes. Currently, Avaza offers 3 types of preset packages that offer a mix of personalized and on-call services.

During the sign-up process, we gather several details about preferences, lifestyle, needs, communication language, and other requirements. Based on this assessment, we match you with a fitting relationship manager.

Congratulations on your first step in gifting your parents a more fulfilling life! As the primary purchaser, you will have complete access to view all the services availed by your parents. You can view these online through the website. You can also request for any service on behalf of your parent as long as it is within the chosen package.

Certainly! Every home visit or outdoor visit will be carefully logged and uploaded onto the member account by the end of the working day. Family members of Avaza clients can log into the member profile on the website and view the summary of availed purchases or services. They can also top up wallets or request for services on behalf of the client using the chat box. Please note that all communication channels (website, email and phone) are open during standard working hours: 9am to 5pm IST (Indian Standard Time).

As a ‘golden years’ platform, Avaza’s members are restricted to individuals above the age of 60.

Choose the one you like from our preset packages. Some degree of customization is available when you make your booking. If you want additional customization, we’ll be thrilled to curate a special package for you/your loved one. Just get in touch with us.

Each individual has unique needs, Avaza gets that. Which is why our custom packages are a fan favorite. Once you email us the requirements, our team gets busy developing a personalized plan. We share this plan with you/your loved one. Once approved, you will be sent a payment link. After successful payment, you will be allotted your own relationship manager to execute your very own concierge services!

We get it: it is always better to try before you buy. Avaza provides a one-time, one-month trial plan for our Premium package.

All our subscription packages are annual. There are no short-term subscriptions. However, you have the convenience of paying for the annual packages with monthly, quarterly or annual payments. This means you can choose to make your payments either once every three months, or once a year. 


Avaza can assist with any household or personal emergency like home repairs, vehicle breakdown, sudden errands, etc. Members can call their concierge or reach us through WhatsApp/email during working hours to make the necessary arrangements.
Avaza is an aggregator platform and as such, we do not undertake any medical emergency services. However, we can connect you with medical service providers should you want one or the need arises.

Customer data will be used to enhance our services and curate better offerings. Please read our privacy policy for more information. All Avaza members  will have to review and sign the terms and conditions and privacy policy during subscription.

Once the payment is completed, you will be allotted a relationship/personal manager within two days. He or she will call on the registered mobile number to activate your subscription and you are good to go!

Yes, we do. To ensure you get the service when you need, we recommend reaching out to your relationship manager and booking transport in advance. In-city taxi services require at least 2-hours advance notice. Long distance travel require at least 48 hours advance notice. Airport drop and pick up can be organised with 24-hours advance notice.

Don’t worry, we are happy to help! All one-time requests should be communicated via email to the personal relationship manager. He or she will update our backend team, who will communicate with you on whether the request can be done, time taken and the total charges.

Avaza will provide a database of doctors / hospitals near the clients location and can help schedule appointments for the same. However Avaza is only recommending the rated doctors and will not be responsible for the actual treatment plans suggested by the doctors.

For select packages, Avaza will help you plan and organize travel. However, assisted trips are possible only within the state of Karnataka. For the sake of transparency and safety, we insist that such travel is pre-scheduled. Further, all requirements should be discussed in advance with your relationship managers and all conditions met before finalization.

No. Avaza does not provide any medical care services. Avaza is a lifestyle-focused senior care platform. We do not focus on medical care services. But, we can organize at-home diagnostic visits, physiotherapy or counselling requirements as recommended by our member’s doctors. Avaza’s ‘assisted concierge’ feature, which is available in select packages, also offers assisted visits to doctors, when required.

Our concierges can assist as a companion for routine medical check-ups at hospitals. We can also be present for home medical diagnostics and home physiotherapy, if required. As a community platform, we aim to introduce, in the future, various wellness programs for those members who are interested.

Avaza provides access to in home medical diagnostics, counselling and physiotherapy. Avaza also helps with assisted visits to doctors appointments and in scheduling appointments on behalf of its members. Members can also place orders to refill medical prescriptions, any wellness products etc as required.

The records of all our assisted visits will be maintained securely on the website. You can access it after logging in to your profile.

Avaza can do medical documentation and archiving, so that it is easily available in digital form when required for the member or their family to review. Medical records are all upto date and maintained in an organised manner.

Costs and payments

Each package from Avaza has a pre-set list of services across daily needs, home needs, personal care, travel needs, medical check-ups, and more. Avaza maintains an eWallet for all its members that can be topped up or used on-demand. All payments for purchases and services will be done from here. This eWallet can be maintained by the client or anyone else on their behalf and can be topped using our secure payment gateway.

An e-wallet is a digital or online wallet where one can store money. It can be used to transact (purchase products and services) online. Avaza’s e-wallet follows strong data encryption to ensure that your data is protected and assures secure transactions.

The e-wallet is easy to use. Simply visit the My Account page after you sign up for a package. You can top up your e-wallet using any of the available payment options.

When you book a service with us, the charges are deducted from your e-wallet.

We offer payment via PayPal for international payment and RazorPay for domestic payments. You can transact using credit and debit cards, netbanking, UPI, etc. via these gateways. If you would like to pay by cheque or direct bank transfer, please get in touch with us at connect@avaza.co.in.
